What we are doing
What we are doing
From 15 November 2021, we will be carrying out the following activities:
Breakspear Road South
• Construction of support structures (abutments and wingwalls) for the new bridge over Breakspear Road South.
This activity will consist of fixing the steel reinforcement and erecting the temporary shape into which the concrete will be poured.
West Ruislip
• Sheet piling installation to support the ground for the construction of West Ruislip Tunnel portal. Steel sheet piles will be installed side by side along the planned perimeter, we are planning to use a pre-auger drill to loosen the ground and then press the piles into position.
We will continue to monitor noise, dust and vibration throughout our works and ensure that adequate measures are in place to minimise disruption.
