What we are doing
We will be carrying out vegetation trimming to ensure clear visibility for our monitoring equipment.
Location
Sections of Network Rail land surrounding railway tracks and SCS JV sites in the London boroughs of Camden, Brent and Ealing.
Duration
These works will take place at different times throughout 2026 when trains are not running. Works often take place overnight and on weekends to avoid rail disruptions.
What to expect
Operatives working along railway tracks during the day or night. You may notice some lighting overnight. Trimmers and hand tools will be used for this work. This work is not expected to be noisy.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
