What we are doing

Community pop-up at our new Visitor’s Centre

BBVS’s local engagement team are inviting residents to their visitor’s centre in their site office on Old Oak Common Lane. Residents are welcome to join the team on Thursday 6 October 2022, between 4.30pm and 6pm to have a chance to speak to the team about the hoarding designs that will be refreshed on Old Oak Common Lane. We have included a map on the next page showing where the office is located.

This pop-up will be focused on the new hoarding designs that are being proposed along Old Oak Common Lane. We will be refreshing the hoarding and value your feedback and comments on this. The new designs will replace the ivy artwork that is currently in place.

To confirm your attendance please email [email protected] or call Helpdesk on 08081 434 434. Visitors will be asked to wear a hi-vis jacket whilst onsite for safety, which will be provided by security. Please note you will only be able to access our site if you confirm your attendance.

If you are unable to attend this event but would still like to provide feedback on the designs, please email [email protected] and we will arrange a suitable time to discuss this further with you.

Our local engagement team may be observing social distancing and may choose to wear facemasks during this engagement. We kindly ask that you do not attend the pop-ups if you have tested positive or have COVID-19 symptoms.
