HS2 labour and skills demand and supply forecasting and analysis – 2018

The analysis in this report assesses the labour and skills that will be required to deliver the construction and rail engineering elements of the HS2 programme against an assessment of the future availability of those skills. This analysis is then used to provide a preliminary assessment of potential mismatches between HS2 labour and skills requirements and their availability. This mismatch analysis can help inform the design and delivery of the HS2 Ltd Skills, Employment and Education Strategy.
