Hannah Quince joined HS2 Ltd as Business Delivery Director in April 2026.

Hannah is an experienced leader in public sector major projects. Starting her career in central government, she supported the assurance and oversight of major projects in the Infrastructure and Projects Authority. Hannah established and led the Department for Culture, Media and Sport’s response and readiness for EU Exit, before joining Crossrail as Chief of Staff, a critical role in enabling the opening of the Elizabeth Line. Before joining HS2 Ltd, she was a senior leader in a major project consulting firm, providing expert strategic advice to UK infrastructure projects, including transport and nuclear decommissioning.

Hannah has a strong track record of setting up organisations and teams to be successful. She is passionate about the need to create the right conditions for a major project to be delivered and the importance of people’s commitment to making it happen.

Hannah grew up in Manchester, but now lives in Buckinghamshire – on the route of HS2.
