What we are doing
We are continuing with work to support the construction of railway bridges on land near the Central Line. Residents can expect to experience some construction noise, although works are taking place within the limits allowed and agreed with the local authority. Lighting will be used after dark to allow the work to take place safely.

- Monday to Sunday from Monday 21 December 2026 until late January 2027, 8am until 6pm
- Christmas hours: Friday 25 December at 00:01 until Sunday 27 December at 05:00

- Sunday 3 January 2027 at 00:01 until Monday 4 January 2027 at 05:00
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026.
