What we are doing
A lane closure is required to enable drainage improvement works, including amendments to existing drainage channels and drain covers, and the placement of additional stone surfacing to a landowner access track.

What to expect
- A lane closure managed by two way lights on Station Road north.
- Access to Melling Farm will be maintained.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026.
