What we are doing
In mid-November 2020, Balfour Beatty VINCI(BBV) will begin to mobilise a working space, within land situated to the North of the B4118 Birmingham Road, near Water Orton. During the initial stages of the works, BBV will utilise an access and egress point that was previously used to complete utility diversions. Mobilising onto site will allow BBV to complete enabling works listed below. Once these works are complete, the compound area will be used throughout the construction programme of the Bromford tunnel. This is expected to begin in November 2020 with completion expected to be in Spring 2026.
