What we are doing
What we are doing
From 29 November to 10 December 2021, we will be carrying out overnight surveys along Harvil Road and Breakspear Road South, in the area shown on the map overleaf. This will help to inform our design decisions in the area.
We will capture 3-dimensional information on the drainage ditches and culverts using a CCTV camera mounted on a small robot.
Should we find a blockage, we may need to flush the drainage system using a high-pressure water jet to carry out the investigation.
These surveys will take place between 8pm and 5am to minimise impacts on the local road network. For safety reasons temporary traffic management will be in place however this will be removed at the end of each shift.
Your utility services will not be affected.
Survey duration
– Harvil Road from 29 November to 3 December
– Breakspear Road South from 6 to 10 December
