What we are doing
We are continuing with our improvement work to the road surface and roadside verges.
Location
The section of Claydon Road past Spella House, Upper Boddington.
Duration
Friday 30 October, from 8am to 3pm.
What to expect
- Workforce and machinery in the road.
- Access will be maintained to Spella House from Banbury Road.
This road will remain as a one-way system until the Banbury Road bridge is open. This is expected to be by Autumn 2027.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
