What we are doing
Location
Crackley Lane near Kenilworth. We will need to close a section of Crackley Lane between Blind Lane, Cryfield Grange Road and South Hurst Farm, Kenilworth.
Duration
Closure will be from 8am Monday 19 October 2026 to 6pm Sunday 15 November 2026.
The road closure will be in place 24 hours a day.
What we are doing
We will remove the plant crossing and carry out associated repair works to the nearby lay-bys and drainage.

Increased levels of construction activity and some disruption to your travel times. Please follow the diversion route as shown on the map on page two.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
