A road closure will be in place on Saturday 10 October until Sunday 11 October between 7:00am and 7:00pm, along B4455 Fosse Way, Long Itchington and Welsh Road roundabouts.
What we are doing
Construction of a new bellmouth, installing new street lighting, undertaking highway resurfacing and conducting maintenance works.
What to expect
You will see increased levels of construction activity. Please allow extra time for your journeys and follow the signed diversion route.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
