What we are doing
Finishing works following the access track construction near Wormleighton, including white lining and signage installation. We will also be taking the opportunity to trim the verges along the new section of Wormleighton Road.
Location
Wormleighton Road, between the village and the Banbury Road bridge.
Duration
Weekend closure: 6am Saturday 26 September to 6pm Sunday 27 September, 24 hours a day.

HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
