What we are doing
Location
A452 northbound Kenilworth Road, between Bradnock’s Marsh and Meriden roundabout
Duration
Monday 16 November to Friday 20 November.
We will close the northbound lane of the contraflow at 8pm each night and reopen at 6am every morning
What we are doing
Following the installation of the contraflow on the new southbound carriageway of the A452, we need to close the northbound lane of the contraflow to progress our works. We will be doing resurfacing work on Marsh Lane, testing the vehicle restraint system, carrying out surveys and continuing installation of the street lighting.
What to expect
A fully signposted diversion route will be in place for vehicles travelling north. Vehicles traveling to the Lincoln Farm Truck Stop and residents of Marsh Lane will be escorted through the closure from Bradnock’s Marsh to Meriden roundabout.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
