What we are doing
Following the installation of the contraflow on the new southbound carriageway of the A452, we need to complete our works. This will include vegetation clearance, constructing a new footpath near the Lincoln Farm Truck Stop, removing a temporary plant crossing on the verge of the southbound carriageway as well as kerb improvements.
What to expect
A fully signposted diversion route will be in place. Vehicles travelling to the Lincoln Farm Truck Stop; residents of Marsh Lane; Mercote
Mill Farm and Marsh Farm “The Nook” will be escorted through the closure from Bradnock’s Marsh and Meriden roundabouts.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
