What we are doing
We are doing amendments to the layout of the traffic management, to allow works traffic access to the bridge to complete construction work.
Location
Warwick Road and Banbury Road, near Boddington.
Duration
Traffic lights: Wednesday 8 July 2026 for approximately a year.
Please note: These dates are subject to change dependent on the construction schedule and the weather.
What to expect
A manned access point for workforce and machinery accessing the bridge during working hours.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
