What we are doing
We are completing the realignment of Waddesdon Greenway (FMA/1) bridleway. The new section of the Greenway will cross the HS2 line over a new steel bridge.

Waddesdon Greenway, Fleet Marston.
Duration
26 Days – Monday 10 August to Friday 4 September.
What to expect
Full 24-hour closure throughout the 26-day works period. Some overnight working with quieter and busier periods.
Our working hours are shown below:
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm across the entire works period and 7pm to 7am across a total of 11 nights (further details on page 2 of AWN document).
- Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 7pm across all weekends that fall within the works period.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
