Monday 24 August 2026 between the hours of 10pm to 6am for approximately four weeks.
What we are doing
We will be installing street furniture such as street lighting and permanent road signage.
What to expect
In order to keep the site team safe, there will be overnight temporary traffic lights on Aston Church Road. Access will be maintained at all times.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
