What we are doing
We are continuing the concrete works for the conventional station platforms, with works along the live railway.
We will be working overnight from Sunday to Friday, between 10pm to 6am . A schedule of upcoming night time works can be found below:
These works will take place overnight:
- Tuesday 22 September – Friday 25 September from 11pm to 5am
Sunday 4 October – Friday 9 October
- Sunday 4 October from 11:10pm to 08:45am
- Monday 5 October to Friday 9 October from midnight to 5am
These altered working times are to utilise access made available as other works have been rescheduled on these areas of the railway. Updates to this notification will be sent out once further dates are confirmed.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
