The bus stop will remain in the temporary location until we complete works in June.
We apologise for the inconvenience these works may cause.
Utility trial holes (gas main) on Parkway – 30 March to 12 June
We’ll continue with trial hole works on Delancey Street close to the junction of Parkway. There is no left turn onto Parkway from Delancey Street during these works. Traffic is diverted via Gloucester Avenue, Regents Park Road, St Mark’s Square, Prince Albert Road and back onto Parkway or Gloucester Gate bridge. We previously informed you that we will complete these trial holes on 24 April, due to delays in our programme, we now expect to complete by 1 May.
On 26 May we’ll carry out trial hole surveys to help inform the design of the gas works. We’ll close a lane and partially close the footpath on Parkway north of Delancey Street and dig a trial hole, carry out the survey and reinstate the area. We expect these works to take three weeks to complete.
We’ll provide more information on the Cadent Gas works closer to the time.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
