What we are doing
We are constructing underground piles in the Euston Approaches to create the foundation for the future railway. For safety, we need to carry out some of our piling, and other works, during scheduled rail closures in spring (2 April to 17 May) summer (17 July to 31 August) because the works are so close to the Network Rail tracks.
We will limit noisy works to the daytime hours whenever possible, however some works will continue throughout the evening and night. We understand these works will cause disruption and we will do all we can to mitigate noise and vibration and light disruption. We appreciate your patience whilst we continue to build HS2.
