What we are doing

Until the end of February 2026, the office and welfare facilities at the Adelaide Road site will continue to be used by our staff during core working hours to support the Camden Winding Engine Vaults protection works, and utility works in South Hampstead.

From Thursday 25 December 2025 to Thursday 1 January 2026, the Adelaide Road site office will be closed, however 24/7 security presence will be maintained.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
