What we are doing
Outstanding minor works to signage, verges and the footway in various areas along the new road. We’ll need to close a single lane of the road while we complete these works, to create a safe work zone.

A4010 Stoke Mandeville Relief Road
Duration
8 days – Monday 26 January to Wednesday 4 February (Monday to Friday only, 9am-3pm). There will be no weekend working on Saturday 31 January and Sunday 1 February.
What to expect
Single lane closure managed by temporary traffic lights. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the works.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
