From engineering and design to business and digital, HS2 apprenticeships are helping people across the country take their first steps into exciting careers.
To date, 1,922 apprentices have joined the project, putting HS2 on track to hit its 2,000 target.
Graduate placements gain infrastructure project experience
The programmes are designed to help graduates develop a broad understanding of major infrastructure project delivery. Learners will complete six-month rotational placements, working in different departments across their specialist subject area.
With 125 graduates having joined the project to date, this year-on-year investment in young talent is helping to close the UK’s skills gap and build a lasting legacy of skilled professionals for major infrastructure projects.
